Please note that emails are NOT considered to be a safe way of communication. Thrive in Life Counseling and Therapy LLC prefers using emails only to arrange or modify appointments. Please do not send any emails with content related to your therapy sessions; emails are not secure or confidential. It might also be possible that Dr. Mario Lehenbauer-Baum is not able to read emails every day (e.g., if he is on vacation or on a conference), but he tries to answer emails within one or two work days.
If you call the phone number, please note that in most cases, Dr. Lehenbauer-Baum is not immediately available. You may leave a message on his confidential voice mail and your call will be returned as soon as possible, but it may take a day or two for non-urgent matters. If, for any number of unseen reasons, you do not hear from us, or Dr. Lehenbauer-Baum is unable to reach you, and you feel you cannot wait for a return call or if you feel unable to keep yourself safe, 1) contact Tennessee Mobile Crisis Services under 855-274-747 and you will be routed to a trained crisis specialist in your area, 2) go to your Local Hospital Emergency Room, or 3) call 911 and ask to speak to the mental health worker on call.
Additional information about emails: We are committed to your privacy. Do not include confidential or private information in any emails, and do not send emails with any content related to your therapy sessions, as emails are not secure or confidential. If you use emails, be aware that all emails are retained in the logs of your and Dr. Mario Lehenbauer-Baum’s Internet service providers. While it is unlikely that someone will be looking at these logs, they are, in theory, available to be read by the system administrator(s) of Internet service providers. You should also know that any emails Dr. Mario Lehenbauer-Baum receives from you and any responses that he sends to you may become a part of your legal Clinical Record.
