General information:

Please note that emails are NOT considered to be a safe way of communication. Our office prefers using emails only to arrange or modify appointments. Please do not send any emails with content related to your therapy sessions; emails are not secure or confidential. Dr. Mario Lehenbauer-Baum is not able to read and to respond to emails every day; unless he is on vacation, he tries to answer emails within 5-7 work days.

You may leave a message on his voice mail; your call will be returned as soon as possible, but it may take up to 5-7 days. If you do not hear back from Dr. Mario Lehenbauer-Baum within a week, please call or email again. However, if you feel you cannot wait for a return call, or if you feel unable to keep yourself safe, please go to your local hospital emergency room, or call 911.

Additional information about emails: We are committed to your privacy. Do not include confidential or private information in any emails, and do not send emails with any content related to your therapy sessions, as emails are not secure or confidential. If you use emails, be aware that all emails are retained in the logs of your and Dr. Mario Lehenbauer-Baum’s Internet service providers. While it is unlikely that someone will be looking at these logs, they are, in theory, available to be read by the system administrator(s) of Internet service providers. You should also know that any emails Dr. Mario Lehenbauer-Baum receives from you and any responses that he sends to you may become a part of your Clinical Record.
